OMAD still averaging about 22/23 hour fast...limiting sugar intake to around 25 grams and carbs of about 120 grams. Figured out on a Low Carb diet. Overnight Oatmeal and a fruit with pb2. Hunger off and on but coping well. Afternoon walk is a good thing. Not sure what is melting away but caloric deficit for sure.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
