Feeling good today after an evening with my trainer, Alan. He's designed a good circuit for me focusing on the aerobic stuff, just burning calories. he was also fascinated when I showed him this site on the iPad so I'm sure more of his clients will be along soon. I'll stop evangelising about him now! Long day at the office coming to an end, and I have a meeting to attend at 8:30 tonight even when I do get home. Managed to stick to a healthy diet today, though did have a furtive glance at a Twix my colleague offered me.
