Well survived weekend away with work. Did slip and have a hamburger (bun and all) anda couple of beers but I did manage to do the following workout friday Turbo Jam 20 min 10 min walk Sat 30min eliptical 45min of 2 on 2 basketball (WOW talk about out of shape feeling) Sun 30 min eliptical 15 min bike Today slept all day didn't get home from work til 6 am and needed sleep Hope everyone is doing well
