Really proud of my achievements so far. Can't wait to go down to the 70's. Six pounds away from that ( probably will take about two weeks) The diet is getting easier as the days go by and I am really enjoying my workouts on treadmill. i look forward to waking up each day and getting on the scale. Very motivating to see that I am going down slowly. My work clothes feels very loose and I have to choose those pieces with the tighter fit so they don't fall off. I am not ready yet to go shopping and change the wardrobe but I plan to reward myself with new sexy clothes.
Even more important I have learned a new way of eating and how to include exercise in my life -I can see myself keeping up with this !
