Finally back on track I hope. I need to focus on getting more water into my diet. Yesterday I was sick so didn't eat much which may or may not help me out. Either way I tried to make good choices when I did eat. My stomach is still somewhat upset (no appetite) so not sure what today will bring. We Shall See!
