I know were your at, I joined the gym and worked out still would go up and down 2-3Lbs. Now I am working on lowering my carbs and exercising at home because of age and Covid. Was stuck since Sept. on 207 finally by doing one of the challenges lost 2Lbs. Don't give up good health is worth the struggle even if you only stay the same for a while.

Keep at it, adjusting until you find something that works. Not sure where you're at, and how much u can do but try to increase activity level. It will help you burn calories. 💜

Sometimes you need to adjust, until you start loosing weight, I followed a Keto diet religiously for 2 months, did not loose anything, then BOOM, started to go down, added IF with no breakfast, just tweak it here and there and go from there. Your body changes often and you have to also change your diet to keep up with it, as everyone is different .Good Luck

If you think of your daily meals cal. As a bank account. You only have let’s say 1600 cal for the day then that’s all you can spend. As you plug in your meals you will start to remember what food and calories you are consuming, and have knowledge to know what your favorite foods calories are. Once you spend all the calories your done for the day. It really does keep one focused on what they are eating and as one learns. It’s easier and easier. Remember it’s an investment in yourself! No one else can do that. If you go over one day well the next day right back at it! You are strong and you are worth it! Being healthy saves money, as well as, less doctor’s appointments and medical bills.

Have you tried a total body cleanse? Ask your doctor if this is for you. I used Advanced Complete Body Cleanse from GNC. This is not an advertisement. It cleaned my gut and got my weight loss going. It's natural, safe, and you don't have to fast. Just eat the right foods.

Thank you all for the support! I try IF, 16:8 mostly. I try to stay around 1200 calories, mostly. I have a terrible time exercising because I have back problems, knee and balance problems. I walk my dog twice daily,, so about 45-60 minutes of some exercise but that's it. Any suggestions are welcome and again thank you all for the support!💖

Do 30 minutes of exercise: 8 minutes of sit ups, push ups, or you can use a resistance band/weights, rest for 30 seconds, do 8 more minutes of jogging in place/dancing/marching, rest for 30 seconds, do another set of ab work/yoga stretching/cat-stretches/leg-lifts/squats, rest 30 seconds and cool down with a walk in place. There are aps you can download or just set a timer to help you keep track of your next set. Add more salads/vegetables when you get hungry.
