Thank you all. I just go to the gym 2-3 days a week and do weight training for 45 mins and I do aerobics 4 days a week whether it's the treadmill for an hour. I would ride the stationary bike for half an hour then do the eliptical for half an hour. I do Jillian Michaels HIIT video 2-3 days a week and I count my calories and try to not go over 1400. I'm trying to tone my body now, because my stomach still has flab and I'd like to build just a little more muscle in my arms and tone my legs more. I started a new routine at the gym today I found online doing exercises with weights this guy who is a personal trainer shows on you tube. Hopefully that will get me more toned.
