First week on diet. For me this means no sugar and calorie counting. No sugar (at least deserts, candy etc) and did not exceed calorie limit any day. It’s a start.

C’est pas mieux si tu coupe tout d’une shot, oui calcul c’est que tu manges, mange plus de légumes/fruits, mais permet toi un morceau de Chocolat noir si tu aimes ça. Mi ça fait 1 mois que je Remplis religieusement mes repas à tous les jours et j’ai perdu 10,6 livres, et oui je me permet un carré de chocolat par jour

How many calories are you on? I love sugar too but not this time around. I am taking full control of my life!! Less is more 👌🏻

Hugh class je peux manger 2300 calories par jour j’essaye d’être à 2100, le chocolat noir de la compagnie ethicoco c’est seulement 29 calories par morceau
