Wish I could get over the crud. Finally got out and walked a short distance today. The sun felt good.
Decided to go to ski class tomorrow- hopefully will fell like skiing a few runs.
Got to get back to the exercise. Much easier when feeling better.

Man Helen do I know this one...being sick and trying to exercise or even control what I eat is the worst. I just always feel like I am miserable I deserve to eat. Hang in there..
