Started back up on the Atkins diet Jan. 1. Had been off the diet completely for about 4+ months. I had gained back about 10+ lbs. Now headed in the right direction and getting serious on what I eat again. :-) However, last night had a dream and was eating all kinds of sweets and high carb foods. Half way through the dream and eating frenzy I realized...."I am not supposed to be eating this!" Glad I woke up and realized it was just a dream. Attending a big Superbowl party this weekend....and have to be mindful of what I consume. Go HAWKS! Yahhhh
