Ok, here we go, new target weight...Its only five pounds, can I do it, will I keep it up? Who knows, its all bonus from here on in as long as it keeps going down I'll be happy. I can relax into this now. I was a little surprised that there weren't flashing lights and sirens when I recorded I'd hit target but I guess the parade and the band will be later!!!!
