Yesterday was one of those days. I could have ate everything in sight. I did overeat but it was things that were are all pretty low in carbs. I made chicken salad so that was high in fat due to the mayo. I even ended the night with a protein shake after over eating during the day. Of today I am trying to do better.
Let me do a run down of yesterdays food..I know it's gone but I just want an overview this morning so I will not follow the same pattern.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of mushrooms and onions, 1 slice of ham avocado and tsp of hummus
Lunch: 2 ounces of baked chicken and 1 cup of cooked squash with about 1/4 cup of onions
Dinner: chicken salad
Snack: Pecans and pistachios 1 cup(combined) plus protein shake, 4 carrots
