Continuing OMAD average around 23 hours. Trying to drink 32 Oz. of water in the AM...but always forgetting. Sub RDI dieting going well and not using all the eating window minutes. Sub 200 maybe next week unless I hit a plateu.Here we go...
204.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
