Yesterday I couldn't break my 16hr fast until after 2pm which I found wasn't that difficult. So today I waited until 2pm again... So I guess I'm gonna try a 18/6 I.F. schedule. Good luck to me!

I found a recipe for Ketogenic cereal on a site called wickedstuffed.com. It's basically low carb cereal using coconut chips/flakes and whatever nuts like almond slivers or pecans etc.. bake them in oven for like 2-3 min until lightly browned and Voila!! Cereal!! Add some strawberries and almond milk... Since going low carb I never thought I'd get to have cereal again, I love this stuff.

you can find coconut chips at Sprouts, trader Joes or even on line I'm sure.
