Went off my diet yesterday when I went out to eat with my man. But still stayed under my usual intake. I worked out an extra 10 minutes today also, to make myself feel a little better. I have discovered that if I read while I exercise, the time goes by quicker and I am not constantly staring at the clock.

I'm doing pretty well and I am proud of myself. I can't wait until the "noticeable weight" starts to come off and people can see that I'm losing weight. I really want to drop about 50lbs quickly, well as quickly as I can by doing it healthfully. I have a business trip to Las Vegas in March and would love to look better for it.

Still a long hard road to go, but it can be done and I know I can do it! Go me!
