I feel great my pounds are shedding because of me exercising M-F for 1 hour and 15 minutes and eating healthy everyday with a little treat for myself for dinner on Sunday. I have been consistent and determined to stay focus I watch my sodium and carbs and is on a 1500 calorie diet. Sometime I don't reach my calorie because I focus so much on my sodium and carbs and it looks to be working very well. I have a strict diet and here are my Dont's: NOOO Drinks, White Bread, Potatoes, Mayonnaise, Creamy Dressing, Candy and Pies. I drink a lot of water with lemon and it helps my hunger. I eat and chew slow it helps me get full. I eat every three hours and I don't eat meals after 7pm. Only thing I eat if I get hungry at night is 1 fruit or 1/2 popcorn bag.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 January 2014:
1052 kcal Fat: 43.20g | Prot: 51.76g | Carb: 109.84g.   Breakfast: Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch: Chick-fil-A Yogurt Parfait with Oreo, Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce. Dinner: Chick-fil-A Light Italian Dressing, Chick-fil-A Tortilla Strips, Chick-fil-A Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers, Chick-fil-A Side Salad. Snacks/Other: Cousin Willie's White Cheddar Microwave Popcorn. more...

I follow a similar workout schedule. I workout M-F between 1 hour and 1 hour 45 min. I break it up into two workouts, so it just feels like I'm being more active rather than doing a really long workout. I love to be active and I'm active as much as I can be, especially since I have a desk job. Like you, I also watch my sodium and carbs, drink a lot of water, and eat mindfully. Great job on not eating (or much) at night. You're doing great!!

I planned on walking at least 20 minutes every day and I did that yesterday. However, today my knee and hip are killing me so I wasn't able to walk. I may have over-done it yesterday. Hopefully, in a day or two I'll be able to walk again. You're doing great.....keep up the good work! I'm using you as my inspiration.
