Ok what happened? No areobics(too cold,no money)this week, no dancing yet(a little too much distration and life frustration) feeling like I have really neglected myself this week. I am going to try to dance tonight. Slightly down I guess, been estranged since 12/20 from my 29 yr ( JAN 2nd 24 year wedding anniversary)relationship with hubby. But this time I'm not bending without compromise. Anyway I got to re-focus on me for awhile. Sooooooooooo Beyonce here I come. i think. Brina
