How do I delete a custom food I created
Did you find the answer? If not on the left hand side, when you look at the food under details, there is a fine print that says something like if details are inaccurate edit here. Click the link and adjust it. It happened to me yesterday.

Hello, actually I removed the coating from the shrimp, nuts are permitted after two weeks in induction if you want to.(which you may already be eating if you spent more than two weeks in Induction)taken from the food list in phase two, and the honey baked ham was eaten during a family dinner in which I hadn't intended to conform completely that day. Also I am not able to eat alot and I am not hungry but I am trying to follow a buddies suggestion to eat higher caloric foods. Thank you so much for your suggestions, it is alway encouraging to have support in this lifetime endeavor. I hope you are very successful in losing your last 25 lbs. keep up the good work.

I am a little sad. I am loosing so slooooowly. I am trying to stay in induction. I have tried to increase my food intake I just cant really eat any more. I am exercising a little but my arthritis and fibromyalgia is flared a little. I usually loose 5 or 6 pounds at once. I don't think I have lost weekly since I was young. So I am trying to be realistic. I lost 8 pounds since 10/23. I have lost inches probably a pants size or maybe a little less. I guess I am just a little blue. But I am so proud of all of you enthusiastic healthly eaters. Everyone is doing a fabulous job. Keep up the good work everybody, I know how hard it can be.

Dieting with Fibromyalgia
I too have fibromyalgia and have poor sleeping habits.. My Dr. suggested lyrcia which I couldn't tolerated and neuontin. Neurontin did sit well with me so I didn't take it. But recently she suggested it again and I tried it only at night. It is really helping me to sleep. Diet does play some role but sleep is really the most important factor in feel better. Also recognizing your limitations as they develop and repsecting them. I have had it since 1989 when no really knew what it was(not that they do now)and I am still learning how to live with it day by day. Sometimes it is really depressing.
