Still feeling ill... my head is in a vice basically, but I'm going to watch what I eat today carefully. Lots of veggies and fruits. I REALLY want to get to my Zumba on the Wii today, especially because I was too weak to get to the gym the last two days... We'll see how I'm feeling, I guess. Wish me luck to get out of this slow start! I'm going to need a lot of motivation to keep me going after this past week... I feel like it was wasted.
