Hooray! I lost two pounds this past week even with being sick and missing two days of exercise! I also had chocolate fits because I started my period... Stupid PMS. Still on it, so I'm quite excited to see how much I lose by next Sunday! Fully healthy, no period... This upcoming week should be exactly what I need to keep myself going!

Still feeling ill... my head is in a vice basically, but I'm going to watch what I eat today carefully. Lots of veggies and fruits. I REALLY want to get to my Zumba on the Wii today, especially because I was too weak to get to the gym the last two days... We'll see how I'm feeling, I guess. Wish me luck to get out of this slow start! I'm going to need a lot of motivation to keep me going after this past week... I feel like it was wasted.

Well, yesterday sucked because I was getting sick and I had just started my period, so I sank into a chocolate binge to cope. Le sigh. :( I'm disappointed in how I let myself fall into this. How do I avoid this? Now, today, I'm feeling worse... aches all over. I've had a rootbeer. that's it. Ick. I don 't even think I have the energy to work out. :( Another day wasted.
