I got my exercise accurately recorded in a link with mynetdiary and samsung health/ I was not able to get an accurate reporting with fatsecret/ fatsecret only downside
I did get a legit 2 hour walk in / my winter coat and 53 degrees!!!🙂
I have another restart on food intake tommorow, but all food reported that was consumed. Next week is vacation, so that will help big time on my diet

I find fitness trackers to not be very accurate. They tend to overestimate calories burned. Hope the new apps/sites are closer to actual calories out.🤞

Thanks Moopie,!!🙂 I think my steps and calories burned are accurate, You are Correct on tasks like housework, ect i do think they way over estimate.
The scale ultimately is the most accurate assessment!
