I was just thinking I need to set myself some goals/milestones in between my goal weight.
So here it goes:
1st Goal: 220 lbs
2nd Goal: 200 lbs
3rd Goal: 180 lbs
I figured if I focus on smaller goal intervals my ultimate goal weight won’t seem so distant.
I’m also considering rewarding myself with each goal met.
Does any of my FS family members have any other ideas to keep me motivated and focused on the prize?

Non food rewards. -20#= New purse, -30#= New shoes, -40#= New fancy outfit (not regular daily clothes-You'll need to update that as you lose.) But substitute for "treats" to what you like. Someone on here is crediting her new wardrobe savings with $1 for every day she stays under her calorie goal. That could be combined as the way to fund the above treats. (I would recommend a spa day once that can happen)
