Didn't do well with food yesterday as we had a little party and I just kind of ate a lot of tortilla chips. I lost track of what I ate and drank so didn't journal my food. This A.M. Had the same group over for breakfast and really did ok with that though just eating one serving of select items still put me over my usual breakfast tally. I'll work on coming out even the rest of the day and will start cutting calories again in earnest tomorrow. Exercise is going fine so I guess I can't feel too defeated by my lack of tortilla chip control.
