This last week I've had a lot of ups & downs as far as food choices. I decided to go out with friends and indulged in a few tasty beverages, which propelled my less then stellar food choices the rest of the week. I can't beat myself up for the past, so I'll try to do better this week by exercising more and limiting my carb intake each day. I have to look at the long term rather than focusing on the small hiccups here and there. T-25 days until I'm reunited with some close friends for a wedding weekend. I'd like to drop another 10 lbs by then. I know it's a lofty goal, but I at least want to make the effort. My last time I weighed in at 154 lbs was almost 1 1/2 years ago, and below 154 lbs was back in college. I'll try to go on a few walks this week as well. Its good for the mind and body.
