the tracker really helped me tonight. I was starting the late night "mindless eating" and logged on and entered one item - I had 3 on my plate! The one put me at 103% RDI if I ate the other 2 I would have gone to 130% RDI. I can't believe it but I just got up and put the other two in the fridge for tomorrow. It's killing me, but not as much as gaining back anything I've lost this week.
