I am writting a quick journal before going upstairs to get on the treadmill for biggest loser. I had managed to get my walking in for the last two days. I tried a different one yesterday on ON DEMAND. It was very different than my usual Leslie Sansone. I can really feel the difference today. It involved weights with walking. OOOOOWWWWEEEEE!!
I weighed in this am and I am up slightly. I am not going to let it get to me too much.
I am up a bit with points today. I feel okay about it though. I have been on the low side on occasion too.
Well, off to the treadmill for me!

I love walking/running on the treadmill with Biggest Loser on, I find it just the kind of motivation I need to keep going!
Don't worry about the small gain, I'm sure it will be gone in no time. Keep it up, you're doing great.

I'm learning the virtues of having the treadmill in front of the tv, too. It makes the whole experience almost pleasurable (ya, almost!) when distracted from the exercise by a good show. There are so many temporary reasons for a little bump on the scale. I'm sure you'll be sliding down your chart in no time.

It's something in the air! I was 'up' this morning, too. Don't worry. It's not real. It's gonna go away real soon, especially if you're working out so hard!
