Attempting to plan my meals/snacks for today. Let's see if I can stick to what I've already entered...

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 January 2011:
1259 kcal Fat: 32.29g | Prot: 61.92g | Carb: 188.94g.   Breakfast: strawberries, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Instant Oatmeal - Raisin, Date & Walnut, sugar, french vanilla creamer, folgers coffee. Lunch: strawberries, Tuna Salad with Chopped Eggs, green leaf lettuce, whole wheat pita, tomatoes, Red Onion. Dinner: white mushroom, onion, land o lakes light butter, spinach, chicken drumstick, brown rice. Snacks/Other: turkey publix, Chewy Molasses Crinkles, banana, Nabisco Mister Salty Yogurt Flavored Pretzels 100 Calorie Pack. more...

Let me tell u that is the BEST way to stick with ur diet... i try to plan my entire day and just tweak as i go.. besides just being super convenient not having to think.. keeps u more accountable with sticking to it... good luck!

That's so true. I WILL be more accountable and I think it will help with budgeting throughout the day as well. Cuz the past couple of days, I've been hungry in the evening and I've eaten the majority of my RDI already.

oh definitely.. if u see it as a bank account lol.. like i do.. i start off with how much i wanna spend that day and work it from there.. well that's how i normally do it.. i really need to get back to 1200 a day, but i also feel i need to wait till i'm stepping up my workout game... once that happens i will sometimes start with dinner and work my way up.. or center my day around a specific meal..if i know i'll be good breakfast and dinner but going to lunch with a friend i plan for that meal and work around it... it works really well.. i just had to tweak mine b/c i ended up eating the rest of my apple vs just 2 slices lol.. oh well.. :)
