hi, my problem is that I want to eat all evening. i do good throughout the day. I fpllowed the keto diet for a long time went from 274 to 150 lbs. I now weigh 230 lbs and I just can't go back to keto. I am trying to count calories at 1500 calories a day. I need some ideas on how to break the night time snacking.Help!
