hi....
i think the best way for me to lose weight is fasting. iread one article stated that with fasting ur organ in ur body will be more relax and etc. so from now on i'm fasting so that i can control my food intake and reach my goal weight!

everyday hope that i can do aerobic after work! hope i can do it!

There's a lot of controversy about fasting. Some people really enjoy it and some don't. The only problem using it as a weight loss tool is that whatever you do to lose your weight, you need to keep doing it for the rest of your life to keep it off. Make sure you get the nutrients to fuel your body for your workouts. Good luck!
