Ok. Weighed myself yesterday at the gym and I am back down to 167#...which was a huge relief to know that in the past week I've been able to shed at least some of that holiday weight. Keeping up with my diet this week, I should get back down to 165 by next week no problem. Water intake up, output up, intake down. Easy as pie.

Also, started day 1 of the hundred pushups and hundred situps plan. Went great! I am doing the most challenging schdules for both plans... and it feels awesome. I am indeed sore today, but look forward to doing workout #2 tomorrow.
