I am trying once again to lose weight. This has been a struggle for me my entire adult life. I have vowed to bring my lunch at least four days out of the week, instead of going out everyday. I will get up from my desk periodically and walk the hall in my office building. I also am going to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
I am going to make a doctor's appointment so that I can get back on all my medications for thyroid, cholesterol and blood pressure. This year I am going to get healthy and stay that way.
One year, five months and ten days until Alex and Kursha's wedding. I want to weigh no more than 145 by then.
