So far this week, I have been ok. I feel bad because I couldn't go to the gym last night but I know that is only 1 night at the end of the day!

Today I have a real challenge, I have a black tie dinner with work!

I am going to go to the gym and make sure I have a small lunch but I am not sure how I will do tonight.

I am not drinking and I think that will be the easy bit....

Fingers crossed for later!!
