In trying to keep to the "five fruits or vegetable portions per day" I notice that my sugar is pushed up. Leaning to vegetables more than fruits might be better!

Don't quit fruits though. From I heard from a researcher on the radio, they're very important in helping to correct DNA errors that would, otherwise lead to cancer. I don't know why lol.
