So I am currently on Phase 2 of this life style diet change. I have to say that I have been doing really good so far not cheated or done anything to throw off this weight loss. But I have to say today I did cheat, I'm not feeling well and couldn't get motivated to exercise. My daughter is teething so since wednesday I haven't gotten much sleep. I had to have a glass of wine tonight and I was bad this afternoon and had candy. I just couldn't stop the urge. Hopefully this won't hurt me. Back on track!!
