Being back at the office after the holidays has kind of helped me to avoid opening the pantry whenever I needed a break. Now, I only have some peanut butter, sardines, nuts, miso soup, V8 and sometimes a Kind cereal bar stuck in my office drawer, which decreases the damage I can do. Today was a bit awkward though after I took a big spoonful of peanut butter (natural) in my mouth only to have someone come to my office. Mmmm, mgive me mjust mya moment.... if you know what I mean.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
