Going back to work is a drag. I have to adjust so I can get up early enough to work out in the morning. This is day two without a workout. I'll ease into it.....really, I will!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
