The game's afoot as they say, an excellent day, not so much calories in and many calories out. I have no idea about the week as a whole but today was good. I love running on the treadmill and reckon I've done about 9 miles today, tomorrow won't be as good I know its a Friday so thats the rub, but if I could get a thousand cals down then we could be looking at a loss since Tuesday which would be good get back on track for that target weight in a week and a bit.
