The terrifying weigh in happens tomorrow morning.
I haven't weighed myself since 22nd May 2010.
I also have gout so I can't exercise at the minute but its a new year and I am looking forward to getting fit again.
On the plus side, my clothes are still substantially smaller than they were when I started
