Tomorrow's weigh in & I feel confidant!!!
Altho' I'm just learning about carb-cycling & my workouts have been dead this week I still "feel" that I've lost weight. My stomach hasn't felt full nor has it felt starved,it has just felt.....empty....in a satisfied way. I LIKE it :D
My target weight for tomorrow is 181.7 (last weeks weigh in was 184) Anxiously awaiting.....

WOOO HOOOO! I'm so glad you're excited, but absolutely don't get let down if that number doesn't quite come where you want it. Definitely celebrate the number no matter what it is! You've already done so much, and are doing GREAT! WTG, TIC!

I think even the obstacles that get in our way should be embraced! Afterall, its the obstacles that we overcome that help create who we are...who we become. One of my favorite quotes: we cant become who we want to be by remaining who we are :) so I wont let it get me down...I'll use it to push forward. Thanks buddy
