1 month ago I had to Google "how to get strong enough to do 1 pushup" lol. I started with pushups on my knees & did planks (3 times/week) and triceps dips on the edge of my bed. My brother has been working out (only pushups) for 2 or 3 months and he can do 100 pushups at once now! But ok, he's a guy, it's easier to build muscle and get stronger. I'm glad that I got strong enough to do 5 haha!

Oh burpees, I hate performing them, but love the results! I know what you mean about the geek thing. I'm like, I'm not a geek I just love Dr. Who, Anime, Lord of the Rings, Video Games... okay you know what I'm just going to stop talking now! :P Also, I love laughing like Hououin Kyouma whenever I make a proclamation and everyone looking at me like ...what the hell is wrong with this girl??
