Finally a moment of silence and a chance to record and talk about my day. I woke up this morning hungry as a I don't know what. Well, didn't give into turning my kitchen into IHOP!! Instead IHopped myself up and prepared for work and the kids for school. So, just what did I have for breakfast? Let me see...
Breakfast: Omelet with cheese and pepper substituted the bacon with 6 pork rinds
Lunch: Protein shake and 1/2 cup of green beans.<---- Had my eye on them since last night. No need to waste good green beans. I put them in there especially for me anyway. Plus 8oz glass of water
Dinner: Hamburger Patty 1/2 teaspoon of beefy onion soup mix 1/2 ounce of cheese 3/4 cup of brussel sprouts 8oz of water
Drinks diet sunkist 20oz diet mountain dew 8oz
Not too bad, however I think I over did it on my sodium intake. Note to self tomorrow more water less salt.
