Just sitting down to relax a bit today. I had the same thing for lunch as I did for supper. I had made a pot of beef vegetable soup last night with some leftovers. The rest of my family had chcken and dumplings. I did have a bite. I had some points left for the end of the day. I just enjoyed 2 pieces of WW chocolates. MMMMMM

I got my walking video in this am before work. I did the 2 mile. I have still yet ot get back to Curves yet. Hmmm. I am off tomorrow, but I will have a Dentist appt. later in the am.

Not doing too bad at keeping within points. I have to say I dodged a huge bullet today at work. A patient brought in a couple of boxes of these gourmet muffins. Oh my gosh!! They wereso awesome looking. anything you could imagine!! I did not even have a taste!!! I have to say that I am proud of myself!!! Yeah!!!!
