Today, I started counting calories - will stay at 1300 per day! Eating what I like (yogurt, fruit, meat and veggies).

I also did 5 minutes of boxing this morning. I will keep to this morning regiment. And, add another 5 minutes or maybe even 10 minutes at night.

Any activity is better than none. I will do this for one week and see where it gets me. I have tried everything else, Atkins, soups, Weight Watchers, etc. Now I will try sensible eating with exercise!
