Tomorrow is my first day after 2 weeks of Christmas vacation. I really want to start exercsing at the Y every morning from 5:30-6:30. I do not like to get up in the mornings. Yikes, I always feel bad later in the day for being lazy and not going. I am to busy with work and the kids schedule to work out later in the evening. Exercise is the key to losing weight, I know this!
