this was my anniversary and I'm in Florida with the 2012 seniors. I ate good today, Hooray! I took a bana and apple with me to the mall. Becky told me the key to success is planning and packing the right foods, tomorow I will pack 2 apples for sea world.
I looked really fat in the pictures of the Medieval Dinner & show. i want to keep the picture for motivation, yet, I don't want to let it get me down and depresses. I can do this, but only with exerxise. I need to get inat least 2 hours of exerxise to get a jump start on this body!

I vow that I will eat at least 3 fruits a day. I will attempt to get these products. I nned to have this 1 week boost before I get home. LAter. This is my 1st day in control.

Five more pounds and I could deliver. I had to go buy some new bigger clothes tonight. I looked in the 3-way mirror and realized I didnt recognize myself and Realized I have a long ways to go to improve my bdy image/

I have been walikng 4 miles a day. It feels good on the legs and butt. I don't know if I have lost any weight, but that is sure to come if I continue to walk.

Tomorrow is my first day after 2 weeks of Christmas vacation. I really want to start exercsing at the Y every morning from 5:30-6:30. I do not like to get up in the mornings. Yikes, I always feel bad later in the day for being lazy and not going. I am to busy with work and the kids schedule to work out later in the evening. Exercise is the key to losing weight, I know this!
