It's been a bit of an emotional week. Just yeah personal and blah. Either way I've not been sticking to my diet as well as I should but I still lost a couple pounds. Of that, I shall not complain.
308.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear that FS friend. If you’re an emotional eater, stress can be awful for making the right choices... and in those cases I say, there is always tomorrow when things are better to start again. Take care.
