LOL i would count it... another good one is mowing the yard. Weight Watchers has been the only one that really worked for me. Because I like food this one allows me any food I want, but in portions... I had lost 60 pounds on it and then strayed from it... now gaining 20 some back after stopping I really regret that and am trying to get myself back in the habbit... one thing that has not gone away is knowing how to put points to things :) I can do that almost in my sleep
