So after losing 9 lbs by giving up sugar last May...and then another 11 (or more, I didn't have access to a scale) while traveling in Nepal for a month I really want to keep going to my goal weight.
With the holidays occurring when I arrived home at Thanksgiving and the horrible (cold snow and ice)I have not maintained the activity level I had in Asia (walking, hiking and biking long distances) and have slipped way back into my former habits.
I have a cleaning business, so at least that is and active job, and have been going to the gym down the street for a month but holidays and weather have curbed that as well.
Ready to get some discipline again!!!
