Doing better at recording what I'm eating......to my horror! Yikes, amazing just how many calories are going in my mouth... It's good to write before you bite!
Today, so far not so good. Woke up with killer headache, didn't eat all day, until 4:00 pm and had cookies and soy milk. That should help, NOT!
