saturday December 5, 2020 over-ate at dinner and ate the wrong things, but calories are undr 1000. wt this morning was 153, blood sugar 92. My daughter made us a late Turkey dinner. It was one of those occasions when eating was important to her. I was lucky that my lunch and breakfast were unusually small.
